How to Make a Complaint to Mayshooting Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

Mayshooting Tree Service wants every homeowner to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Mayshooting Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, first raise it with the provider. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Mayshooting Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.

Steps to File

Email contact@mayshooting.garden. Include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

After You Write

First, we will confirm by email that we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle it, answer and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For issues with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
